It's too easy to accidentally delete a folder of bookmarks - particularly in the
personal toolbar folder.  I think we should prompt before deleting a folder.
dataloss? How about: ^B (wait...) ^Z ?
Interesting.  I think we should still prompt for the personal toolbar folder,
since the ability to "undo" there is non-obvious.

Somewhat related: bug 41911 and bug 113407 -> Bug 54813.
Undo requires opening the bookmark manager and doesn't work from the main menu.
As a result I didn't know you could undo deleting a bookmark. A confirmation
dialog would just annoy me but the ability to undo from the obvious place (the
main menu) would make sense. If a confirm dialog is implemented it should
include a don't ask again checkbox.
