If UI send an email to a mailing list contained into an address card AND to a cc
address Mozilla stucks. It is only possible to send an email to the mailing list
OR to single addresses TO, CC). Alberto

Steps to Reproduce:
1.New message
2.To (mailing list)
3. CC (single address
4. Thunderbird stucks
