Details

The Tinderbox client scripts affect the mozilla/ directory on a machine
immediately after a build is started. This makes it difficult to debug a build
which just concluded or to shutdown the scripts and set up a working environment
to add a new capability or feature to a build system based on the latest pull
and build. (Currently, I have to wait for a whole new cycle instead of
beginning my work at once.)

rsync the mozilla/ directory to mozilla.last/ as the last step in every build to
open the door for further work to continue once the scripts have been stopped.

Make this feature optional with a default of off since some build machines are
very strapped for disk space. When the old systems have been updated to the
latest code and we've had a chance to configure them to turn this feature off,
change the default value of this feature to on.
