When using the "Set Program Access and Defaults" dialog in Windows xp to change
the default email program, a tiny Thunderbird window pops up and the message
saying "Setting Mozilla Thunderbird as default application..." and it never does
anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Start. Click "Set Program Access and Defaults."
2.Click the down arrow next to custom.
3.Under "Choose a default e-mail program," click "Mozilla Thunderbird."
4.Click OK.
Actual Results:  
The message doesn't go away.

Expected Results:  
It should have made itself the default email program and quit.
