Many errors from XPInstall are not localizable at the moment - see the URL for
details.
These are language/script errors, and can come up in a standalone (native
installer) environment where Gecko's localization facilities are not available.
These should not be "fixed", I strongly push for WONTFIX and will sr- any fix
that doesn't take the standalone install environment into account.

Many of these errors should be simply eliminated, relying on the returned error
codes anyway.
