I found this problem on a WinNT4SP3 running M13 with fullcircle and ICQ99b. I have reproduced this on a few machines, all with the same setup. 1) Start mozilla.exe 2) Start ICQ99b 3) Set preferences in ICQ to popup on incoming message. 4) Maximize mozilla browser window (window 1) 5) Open new mozilla browser window (window 2) this one will start with screen size but not maximized. 6) Have mozilla browser window (window 2) up front. 7) When you recieve an incoming message icq will popup but clicking on the message will not get ICQ into focus. Only by clicking on the ICQ's window title-bar will make it active. Anywhere else will put focus on mozilla browser window (window 2). This problem will go away if you maximize mozilla browser window (window 2).

viggen@enterprise.hb.se several focus issues have been fixed or changed. Can you check this with a recent build and let us know if it is still happening. Thanks.
I downloaded build 200000222808 and tested it there. I see that there is a typo in the previous post. I use WinNTsp5, not 3. Sorry about that. Anyway the bug is still there. Although it has changed a bit. Now it is possible to 'mark' the incoming message but it dissapears behind the mozilla window just after that. As before you can force ICQ to stay on top by clicking on it's title-bar and as before the problem goes away if you maximize the mozilla windows.

This is not a problem with Mozilla but rather with ICQ. ICQ seems to have trouble surfacing above any app, not just Mozilla.
