opendate and changeddate in query output only displays times.  The date the bug 
report was created also needes to be displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select opendate and changeddate under query output display, select change 
columns
2. Resubmit query.

Actual Results:  
Only times are displayed.


Expected Results:  
Display date the new bud report was created.
Recent date/time items (less than 1 week) show the day and time
if older than one week, they show the date
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 20 years ago
Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
