Latest ns cck installer build dated: 02-17-00

O/S: WinNT4.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest cck build
2. Launch Windows File Explorer and go to 
Windows\Profiles\AllUsers\StartMenu\Programs\Netscape Client Customization Kit 
5.0\
3. View the file properties of the Netscape cck 5.0 shortcut

Results:

The Target directory is c:\cck\cck\CCKTool\wizardmachine.exe  We should not be 
adding an extra cck\ subdirectory to the target.  Shortcut is unable to locate 
the wizardmachine.exe
