Calendar-Month:  Start/End-Time shows not correctly.  Start-Time 23:00   End-
Time 11:00 (next day) 11:00 shows as 23:00

Reproducible: Always
In the next day event box, maybe it should should provide some indication that
the start time is during a previous day, such as "<23:00" instead of just "23:00".
This sounds like its describing the same problem as bug 199732.  Reporter, can
you please take a look at that bug and see if you agree?  If so, please resolve
this bug as a duplicate of that one.
