I've read a yahoo mail with jpg atachment. With left click on it I've got one
more empty Mozilla's window and prompt what should I do with it. I choosed
default MozillaJPEG and clicked on it. The picture was onen in stand alone window.
So, in result, I have two windows of mozilla browser, one of them dummy, another
with loaded picture.
If I do right click on the jpg file I will get empty tab and standalone window
with picture.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. got a yahoo mail with jpg attachment
2 [review]. click on attachment
3 [review]. choose MozillaJPEG as application of your choise

Actual Results:  
empty extra window or TAB

Expected Results:  
load JPG picture in that window or tab which was already open before popup menu
of choises. Do not use another one.

same problem on Linux also, 
empty extra window is open when you launch jpg file with gimp.
