After adding a bookmark, a person will usually want to place it in it's
appropriate folder to find later. This function works but to get the bookmark to
move within the manager, after you have selected it, you have to keep moving the
mouse pointer instead of just positioning it near the top or bottom of the
manager window.

please give a specific example, with several descriptive steps

Or, if the difficulty you describe is no longer a problem, please comment and
close the bug.

I was wrong. I had assumed this was Camino which works. This bug is still present.

I don't know how to discribe this bug any better then I did. Try what I wrote.

Maybe I should have said to move the bookmark beyond what shows in the manager
window (scroll with it) you have to keep the right click held and keep moving
the mouse, instead of just positioning the pointer near the top or bottom of the
window.

does this describe it?  ... the window doesn't scroll if mouse is positioned at
edge of window.  In order to scroll, you must keep moving the mouse.

That's pretty close except you have to be dragging the bookmark at the same time.

Hmm, interesting. I don't see this in a 3 days old Firefox trunk build (Mac OS
10.3.9) using a Wacom table (dragging with the pen). However, I can see it using
my mouse. Wonder if it has been filed already?

not going to take further fixes on 2.x, feel free to reopen if you can reproduce on 3.x or current trunk
