Every time I go to a site that uses punctuation in the URL (such as commas (,)
ampersands (&) or ats (@)) the "International Domain Name wizard" pops a warning
up at me. This is VERY problematic as webmail tends to use marks like that alot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site mentioned above
2. Observe warning
3.

Actual Results:
The "International Domain Name wizard" popped up

Expected Results:
just loaded the page
what's the "International Domain Name wizard"? can you attach a screenshot of
that thing using
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=282611&action=enter ?
After looking at it again, it's an issue with MultiZilla. Sorry, my mistake.
