Steps to reproduce:
1. data:text/xml,<unclosed>

Result: XML error page, but no error message (black text)

Expected: XML error page with error message

This bug first appears in:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050221
Firefox/1.0+

Works correctly in:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050220

This could be another regression from bug 279768 (along with bug 283046.)
Worksforme in seamonkey builds, so not a core issue, probably...

This bug should be fixed with my lastest patch in 279768

Wasn't this once blocking 1.1? What happened to the flag? 
This bug is fixed, so bugs.mano removed the nomination.
Verified fixed/WFM usign Win FF 1.5.
