Currently, when you load the SMTP server panel in the account manager, I automatically focus the first row in the server list. As Neil pointed out, this is bad from an accessibility point of view. We can select the first server but shouldn't be moving focus to it. We still should set focus after adding/deleting/setting as default.

Comment on attachment 176438 [details] [diff] [review] the fix Actually you probably could have got away with focusing the list when you selected a specific server (rather than to the default server when the panel opens).
