Resizer is located in incorrect position in 'RSS Subscriptions' dialog. It is
not attached to the border of dialog. This seems to be caused by padding
attributes of the dialog (see 'feed-subscriptions.css').

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on rss folder
2. select 'Manage Subscriptions..'
3. find resizer is located in incorrect position

This was fixed in the redesign of the dialog (1.1a, current nightlies, will be in 1.5).
