Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

When I attempt to download the Firefox security update (1.0.1), whether I use
Firefox 1.0 or Internet Explorer, I get the Windows pop-up error message:

"The document contains no data"

I searched the database for this bug but didn't find anything that was specific
to the Firefox security update. All other web pages seem to work fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.mozilla.org
2.Click on "Free Download" link
3.Error message pops-up. I have tried Firefox 1.0 and Internet Explorer
6.0.2800.1106 browsers. I get the error with both browsers.

Actual Results:
Error message pop-up "The document contains no data"

Expected Results:
Firefox 1.0.1 security update should download to my desktop

I have a screen capture of the error that I can send. I don't see a way to
attach it to this but report.
This sounds like a website issue and not an update issue. Update is for the
Firefox service that downloads updates, not for general issues with getting
Firefox upgrades.

This could be because servers were overloaded, does it work now?
Summary: Attempting to download Firefox security update. Click link and get error "The document contains no data" → "The document contains no data" attempting to download Firefox security update.
WFM, I can download it just fine. I believe it was either the servers being
overloaded, or perhaps a mirror that didn't have the update being in the
round-robin for some reason. Marking this WFM, re-open if you are still having
problems.
