TrustBar is a tiny extension that protects users against spoofing sites, `phishing`, homographic/IDN and other attacks. It adds a small bar to all browser windows, displaying the name/logo of the site and of the entity (CA) that identified the site, for protected sites; and a clear warning for unprotected pages. See also related research paper and `hall of shame` of unprotected login websites at http://AmirHerzberg.com. Reproducible: Always

Why isn't this a regular toolbar that can be turned on and off by the user through View -> Toolbars? "What does it means?" should be "What does it mean?" Your install.rdf should have a description in it.
