Details

The doc, at a glance, appears riddled with grammatical errors.  (As an example,
the <title> of the document is currently "MLP - Other Localizated Material",
which is such an egregious error I'd change using doctor if I could do so in
Windows without changing some special characters to question marks.)  It might
also be worthwhile to convert all the l10n tables to some consistent format. 
The page also needs to be converted to HTML 4 Strict (if I remember the
mozilla.org website docs correctly).
