287488 - Checks the wrong Desktop folder

The Desktop  and My Documents folder in my labs are not in the 
usual "c:\documents and settings\<username>" location. Please have Mozilla's 
browser check 
the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User 
Shell Folders" key for where the Desktop/My Doc folders actually are. This 
pertains to when a user downloads items.

This is also a problem amongst different usernames

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
2 ways: 
1. Just having the Desktop or My Documents set to, let's say "D:\documents"
2. Download anything.

Or:
1. Installing the software under one username.
2. Using the software on another username.
Actual Results:  
The file dialogue is open to a desktop that is not used.

Expected Results:  
Go to the proper Desktop directory.

Save dialog should open to the last used directory or a specified folder
according to the Preferences. If this doesn't exist it defaults to the Suite's
install directory. It does not try to open to the user's Desktop or My Documents
directories.
