cmd-Q Quit keyboard shortcut is ignored in Firefox 1.0.2

cmd-Q has no effect, Firefox does not quit

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a browser window
2. enter a URL
3. when the web page is displayed press cmd-Q

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Firefox should quit when cmd-Q is pressed

Manually selecting quit from the Firefox menu works

This bug is new to Firefox 1.0.2
This happens only after opening multiple browser windows
with the contextual menu "open link in a new window"
