I am not getting proper csv file when i am saving list of bugs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.List a bugs.
2.go to hyper link CSV and click.
3.It stores list of files in xl sheet.

Actual Results:  
It save bugs in xl as follow(store in single column instead of row wise):
bugid
bugstatus
severity
summary
priority
assign to
"
"
etc

Expected Results:  
we can able to save bugs in proper order.

The document is a CSV file, not an Excel file. On your system, Excel is the
default application to use for all .csv files. Try viewing the file in a plain
text editor. For me the csv file imported into Excel fine with the default
settings, but you may want to check your Excel CSV import settings to make sure
that they are correct. 

Tested on landfill tip and all is fine here. ->WORKSFORME
