290646 - Simplify some style rules in threadpane.css

Some images in threadpane.css are bound to the treecol element by style rules.
Since I want to use some mail threadpane images in my forthcoming patches in
bug  	249744, I would like the style rules to be changed. This should in fact
also improve the performance. Not that anyone would be able to measure it, of
course. But at least it's an argument ;)
