User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3

I am using the Solo on-line payment system in the Finnish bank Nordea. When I
make an on-line payment, the system asks me to enter one of the 18 secret
verification codes the bank gave me (which one, is dynamically chosen by the
system). This is entered into an HTML input box of type "password".
Now when I enter this and press Return, or click the submit button, Mozilla
Firefox pops up a dialog asking me if it can remember the login. It's NOT a
login! I have to answer "no" every time, because otherwise it would auto-fill
the same secret code each time, regardless of which code the system is asking me
for.

Unfortunately, I can't give you the URL to test, as it would require access to
my bank account, and I think you understand why I can't give that in public. I
can only give the relevant HTML source code:

<form name="A236007Y" method="post" action="SOLO0011" onsubmit="return
formSubmit()">
<table border="0" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr
valign="top"><th align="right">Vahvistustunnus N&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<input
name="A07Y_CONFIRNB" size="4" maxlength="4"
type="password">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<input name="A07Y_BUTTON"
value="Vahvista" type="submit"><input name="A07Y_OPERCODE" value="CONFIRM"
type="hidden"><input name="A07_TYPE" value="CONFIRM"
type="hidden"></th></tr></tbody></table>
</form>

There are no other text input boxes on the page.

The only solution I have in mind is to make the password manager check if
there's at least one non-password input box, and if there isn't, stop offering
to remember the password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
These instructions are given as an example only. Due to reasons stated above,
they can't be followed.
1. Log in to my bank account.
2. Make a new payment.
3. Choose to confirm the payment.
4. Enter the correct secret code.
5. Submit the form.

Actual Results:
The Mozilla Firefox password manager asked me if it could remember the login.

Expected Results:
The password manager shouldn't have done anything at all.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

reproduction information if you have it.
