DESCRIPTION:  Text within a PRE element is not copied correctly.  The returns
are omitted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 * load this bug in Mozilla
 * copy *this* text
 * paste it in another program

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 * the returns are gone

EXPECTED RESULTS:
 * newlines

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux, mozilla, 2000-02-24-15-M14

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
 * NN 4.72 Linux
I think this is a dup of another bug I have, but I'll investigate further in M15.
