Print Preview shows 4 pages, page 3 has left side cut off

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto Page Setup and check Portrait selected also shrink to fit
2.Goto Print Preview
3.

Actual Results:  
As described previously, the preview showed 4 pages of which only page 2
appeared to be OK

Expected Results:  
Shown 3 pages as displayed on URL
