While playing with the filter editor I noticed that the "Copy" action has introduced a couple of inconsistencies into the UI: * When clicking the New Folder button next to Copy, the new folder defaults to being created as a subfolder to the selected Move folder. * When creating an IMAP folder it's the Move folder picker that gets updated.

I've tested both the issue I mentioned. I've also enabled the copy action for news.
