I noticed this behaviour after I downloaded the latest update for the browser.
The link above has a shockwave in it. It plays smoothly. But if I click "stop"
and then "play" again, it doesnt play.

Also, sometimes, when i close that tab and play another lecture, it stops
playing. Only when i close the browser (all tabs) and restart it, it plays the
shockwaves.

I dont know if this is a related issues, buy images on many sites are not
shown. e.g. my.yahoo.com and hotmail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the above URL. The shockwave will start playing
2.click stop
3.click start.

Actual Results:
Shockwave does not restart.

I dont know if this is due to number of images loaded. One of the pages has
lots of small images in it. But my computer has 512 MB ram and firefox and
adobe are the only applications running. So RAM shouldnt be a problem.
Something wrong with firefox. Because both the above problems are not occuring
in IE.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
