The file "bm-panel.xul" is of type mozilla.application/cached-xul (XML-Based
User Interface Language), and Mozilla does not know how to handle this file
type. This file is located at:
chrome://communicator
What should Mozilla do with this file?

Bug 206691 removed the assertion.
