Details

The three files calPrintEngine.css, outlookImportDialog.js and
outlookImportDialog.xul all have DOS line endings instead of UNIX ones. This has
caused annoying bugs in other areas of the mozilla codebase in the past and
should be corrected to prevent that happening for Calendar/Sunbird/Lightning.

I asked shaver yesterday to do this and he agreed to it. This bug is just a
reminder for him, so that he doesn't forget it after finishing his XTech 2005
preparations :-)
