Editing near the top of a very long document (388K of simple, <p>-based HTML), there are refresh issues that cause the document to be drawn incorrectly when editing operations cause lines to be bumped up or down. The resulting appearance makes it looks like lines of text are repeated in the paragraph following the editing operation. This does not happen in a document 144K in size. It seems similar to some refresh problems with very long documents we had a while back (integer overflow issues).

This does not happen on Windows, only Mac. (Linux not tested).

This bug has been marked future because we have determined that it is not critical for netscape 6.0. If you feel this is an error, or if it blocks your work in some way -- please attach your concern to the bug for reconsideration.

not sure why this bug is Futured; refresh problems aren't good to have in a shipping editor... I tested this bug with the above url and I can't reproduce the problem reported. I believe this was fixed recently by sfraser.
