When navigating back and forward from a secure site, the Secure Site indicator
is not shown

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some page.
2. go to SSL URL
3. Go back
4. Go forward

Actual Results:  
- URL bar is not yellow
- lock icon in lower right area is not displayed

Expected Results:  
- URL bar is yellow
- lock icon in lower right area is displayed

Could be related to bug 295121 although that bug is squashed in my current build

I'm unable to reproduce this with this morning's build on windows. I'm testing
these bits

This wfm even with fast back/foward. Marking WFM. Please reopen if you have a
precises web site where the bug happens or any other information.
