Right now, the submission button for the Bug # form on the bottom of the page is
*before* the actual form itself. Although this might make sense in English
grammar terms, it's not very consistent with every other UI on the Internet.

It would probably make more sense to have the Find button be after the form,
where I expect it to be, as a user.
Attached patch v1 — — Splinter Review 
In addition to UI consistency, this will also allow you to tab to the submit
button after typing a bug number.
