Cannot print multi page forms when using secure link. Only prints last page. 
Other pages print with heading (page 1 of 2) and the rest is blank.  Single page
print OK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Using secure link, select print printer friendly view.
2.If multi page printout, only last page will print.
3.

Actual Results:  
First page always blank, second page OK.

Expected Results:  
Printed BOTH pages like Microsoft's IE does!

This works for me and I doubt it's a bug. Could it be the specific page you are
viewing? Are you sure you're printing all the pages?

Sounds like bug 154892.
