java script on = popup    java script off = no popup
I use firefox on several computers they all do the same thing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.leave java script on and go to the url listed in details

2.turn java script off and visit the url listed above
3.

Actual Results:  
just as I said above the popups are java script based leave it on popups 
turn it off no popups

Expected Results:  
blocked the popup regardless of the java script setting

wfm on trunk and branch -- popup blocked.

This is possibly a *Java* popup, perhaps triggered by javascript in the page.
Java popups are covered by the flash/plugins popup control bug. (though I tried
with java turned on and still didn't get a popup -- ads could have rotated).
