I try to open http://hsbc.com.hk/hk/home/ , either from a bookmark or directly
typing the address. The page just keeps reloading.

Reproducible: Always
Funny, if I middle-click the link above (to the hsbc url), the page loads fine
in another tab. If I left-click it, it still reloads continuously.

The page loads fine for me opening it all the ways you described. It takes a
while to load but does not continually reload itself once it's opened.

I can still reproduce the bug on this computer, with the latest SeaMonkey
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050806
SeaMonkey/1.0a), however it doesn't happen on another computer. It may be from
the bunch of extensions I had installed in Mozilla. I guess I should try wiping
the profile.
If it doesn't happen without extensions, invalid.

Sorry I forgot to report my findings.
After wiping the profile clean, the page loaded correctly.
So I guess that's it.
