This is a followup from bug 294479.

The following files in the toolkit part of Winstripe are unused and should be
removed:

- pg-landscape.gif
- pg-landscape-small.gif
- pg-portrait.gif
- printing.css

Patch coming in a few hours.
pg-portrait-small.gif is in toolkit/themes/winstripe/global/icons but is not
packaged in the theme. It should be removed too.
Maybe a silly question but isn't this the responsibility of the theme creator
and not Mozilla?
Kevin, could you please review this patch, check it in, and cvs remove the
obsolete files if you like this patch.

This patch simply removes some unused/obsolete files from the Winstripe theme.
It should reduce the build size by around 1-2 KB.
