Seamonkey optimized build, Feb 4 and 5, Mac and Linux

1.  Launch Seamonkey and go to: http://www.looksmart.com
2.  Watch page attempt to load.
3.  Compare to 4.51 Communicator

* On Mac it hangs on reload, on linux it appeared to hang on first attempt, on
pc and Mac it lays out but then fails to position the content properly on page,
shifted down and left half a page or more within or below the graphic borders.

yes, i can see the "hang" problem.  The page finishes loading fine on win32, but
it seems to spin forever on linux.

It isn't hanging using the April 13 build (not an M4 build!) on linux. However,
apprunner slows to a crawl when viewing this page - it takes upwards of thirty
seconds to scroll after you've clicked on a scrollbar control. Was this actually
hanging?

i can load this page fine on both viewer and apprunner.

this page crashes the 1999042608 build of apprunner under nt 4 after it's
finished loading. talkback tracking id is DZS59NQF.
saving the page to a local file and then loading it does not crash.
reopening bug as this does crash nt for me (even though bug was originally filed
against linux).

It doesnt crash on linux apprunner (jun 10).

If there are layout problems, please file separate bugs for troy (whick rickg
will digest while troy is away)
