STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Detach an attachment. When prompted, choose a directory that already contains a 
   file with the same name.
2. When asked to replace the file, press "Cancel."

RESULT:
The path in the file picker contains the drive letter followed by a dash (e.g.,
D-\Temp).

EXPECTED:
The path in the file picker should be the drive letter followed by a colon
(e.g., D:\temp).
I have confirmed this does indeed happen.  Using TB 1.5rc1 currently.
