If I hover over the progress icon at the end of the menu bar while a page is
loading, i.e. when it is animated the animation slows down to almost a 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a web page in Firefox which takes a while to load
2.When the webpage is loading hover the pointer over the progress icon
3.The progress icon should stop or run very slowly

Reporter, do you still see this with a recent build? (particulary, with one from here: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ )
If not, please resolve the bug as WORKSFORME.
