Latest ns CCK Installer build dated: 03-02-00

O/S: WinNT4.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download latest cckinstaller.zip
2.unzip it and run cck.exe to install it
3.View the contents of the cck\CCKTool\ directory

Result:

nsinstall.exe is located in the cck\ccktool\ directory.  It should live in the 
cck\ccktool\nscpxpi\ directory.
