Details

One of the most common modifications of Bugzilla is to add new fields, for one
reason or another.

In order to do this effectively, a few new hooks have to be added. I'm working
on actually adding a field now, myself, so I'll know where they all should go,
once I'm done.
Actually, we seem to have all the hooks that we really need for this, now.

And particularly with custom fields, it's not nearly as needed anymore.
