During development, I often check the list of cookies created/modified on my
system. Currently, I have to open preferences, go to the advanced section, click
'View Cookies' till I get there.

I'd be happy to see a non-modal dialog that could stay next to my browser window
showing modifications as they happen.

Reproducible: Always
This is already fixed on the trunk. The cookies dialog that will be in Firefox
1.1 is not modal, and you can run it alongside the normal window and see the
list get updated as you surf.
