301836 - Change all info bar buttons to say "Preferences..." on Linux

Right now, if you attempt an extension install that's blocked, the button says
"Edit Options...".  I didn't test, but it looks like the same happens on blocked
themes as well, and there might be other things like this that need fixing too.

It also might be worth getting rid of "Edit " when this happens, because I
personally think it's out of place.  When I get around to patching this, I'll
make sure to post patches for the different flavors of fix that might be wanted.

Just to be clear, this bug covers *all* instances of using incorrect platform
terminology in info bar displays, not just the ones I've mentioned here.  I
already filed and fixed one bug (bug 293523) for this type of issue, and I don't
want to clutter the database any more than I already have.

Reporter, can you still reproduce this bug in Firefox 10.0.2?

Please update to Firefox 10.0.2 or later, update your plugins, and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated version of Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.
