The "open new window" attribute for links seems to carry over improperly to
links that do have have that attribute.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Click on link with target="_blank" attribute --> opens in new Firefox
2.  close the new Firefox browser window
3.  return to the original Firefox
4.  click on link WITHOUT target="_blank" attribute
5.  opens (improperly) in new browser instance
Actual Results:  
A new instance of Firefox was improperly launched.

Expected Results:  
Should have replaced the original page with the contents of the link.
