The link has MANY MANY table inside tables, but the bug is that the iframe
that's supposed to display the actual chat goes beyond all limits on the bottom

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write an html document containig tables and iframe with style="height:100%"
2. view
Actual Results:  
iframe's bottom border goes below the tables border

Expected Results:  
iframe should stop expanding down when table's bottom border says stop

Probably, the iframe in question is gone, so we can only speculate.
