While looking into bug 302977, I noticed that the documentation about 
Bugzilla's mail sending stuff is outdated in the 2.20 branch.  Will attach a 
suggested patch.

This brings mail sending docs for 2.20+ more up to date according to how I
understood things in a quick peek.  There may be other docs requiring attention
wrt. this in addition to these changes.

Looks good - you still need an MTA set up so I agree with the installation.xml comment.
