Not a security bug

in testing this, i think that PPC is missing the fonts to render russian. If I
copy a text file to my device containing a few russian characters, and open it
up with PocketWord, it fails to render properly. It seams as if PocketIE does
something different then the rest of the application. Does this sounds correct?
I am going to attach the text file I mentioned. I have no idea what the text
says -- I copied it from a russian website. When looking at this on Windows
XP's notepad I see the text. When looking at this on WinCE PPC2003, i see
garbage.
The text means 'Find in' (smth). Russian language uses some types of encodings:
Windows-1251, Unicode (UTF-8), KOI8-R, KOI8-U and other cyrillic encodings. Also
in PPC2003 you have to choose the country you live in and, maybe, if you choose
Russia, you'll see right symbols.
so, that file above displays fine on PocketWord for you?
No, this file doesn't work properly on my device in Pocket Word, because there
is no support (in WinCE) of Unicode and this text is in Unicode.
WinCE is completely unicode.
