Details 
The menupopup disappears before mouseup happens. Sometimes not. Seems to be

The testcase adds an event listener to the menuitem. One for mousedown, one for
moueup. When you use the pen to and click the menu item, sometimes you have the
mouedown + mouseup + oncommand working fine. Sometimes you just get the mousedown.  

Summary: click menupopup.menuitem does not get mouseup event. → click menupopup.menuitem does not get mouseup event.
