Dragging a link from one window into a second window makes the second window load
the URL the link points to the first time a link is dropped in the second window.
After this the second window refuses further drops.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open two windows, at least one of which is displaying a page containing links
2.Drag one of the links from the first window to the second and the URL the link
points to will be loaded in in the second window.
3.Repeat step 2 and the second window will refuse to accept a dropped link.
Open more windows and they'll also only accept a link drop once.
