Is there a way perhaps to disable the "Slow running script" message? Reproducible: Sometimes

You can try setting the dom.max_script_run_time preference to an extremely high number which should effectively disable it. To do this you should probably create a user.js file and include the value as a user_pref. I believe the Calendar Help Project has information on how to do this. Please test if this is reproducable in a nightly build as well.
